If you’ve been an avid reader of my letters, you probably expected one yesterday.
I could have sent something like always… but life happened.
So here I am, writing this on a Monday afternoon — sitting in an open space, sipping coffee, listening to lo-fi beats, and reflecting on some major moves I’m about to make for my personal and business growth.
And speaking of major moves, did you see what Alex Hormozi just did?
Over the weekend, he launched his new book $100 Money Models. Within 24 hours, it sold almost 3 million copies. That’s the highest number of book sales anyone has ever done in that timeframe.
Representatives from the Guinness World Records were even at the launch and officially handed him the award on stage.
Think about that for a moment:
Alex isn’t a politician.
He isn’t a movie star.
He’s not a celebrity.
He’s just a regular guy who had a rough start in life, but leveraged the internet, built a brand, and turned it into something powerful enough to break world records.
We’re in a Permissionless Age
That’s what struck me most.
You don’t need to wait for approval anymore.
Not from a boss.
Not from a publisher.
Not from “gatekeepers.”
Anyone, absolutely anyone, can build something worthwhile from scratch.
It won’t be easy.
But compared to the past, the tools, platforms, and opportunities we have now are unprecedented.
And here’s the truth:
One of the most powerful ways to take advantage of this permissionless era is by building a brand.
What That Really Takes
To build a reputable brand today, you need to:
Solve a critical problem.
Create content that positions you as the go-to solution provider.
Market effectively to attract the right people.
Show up consistently until you’ve built a community of people who trust and support your brand.
Simple? Yes.
How about easy? No.
Worth it? It absolutely is!
Because if you put your mind to it, this path can completely change your life over time.
